Clydesdale Consulting is a private company set up by experienced Career Management professionals to provide consultant-led outplacement and career management services.

We focus on the dual objectives of outplacement - assisting employees (and the organisation) to cope with the pressures of separation, while helping the employees to clarify and pursue their next steps.

Whilst we employ a blended approach, using a range of resources, we see the interaction with the consultant as the focal point of our approach.
