We offer short tailored, interactive group workshops to facilitate managers' and teams' progress through the various types of organisational change initiatives. These can be supported by individual sessions with a consultant to review the challenges and response options from the individual's perspective.

  • Personal approach/style and how that impacts change responsiveness
